How do we setup the Ring doorbell?
On many of our homes, a Ring Video Doorbell Pro has been installed.
The Ring doorbell functions as a regular doorbell button, but also has the option to provide video surveillance and two way communications.
To access the additional Ring options, please send a Request through the Resident Center. We will connect the Ring to your internet service and provide access to the Ring video and communications.
There is a one-time set-up fee and internet service must be active before the additional Ring options can be accessed.
