Why is the bathtub/shower not draining or slowly draining?
The bathtub/shower may be clogged. Most times, hair is the culprit. DO NOT USE DRANO!
To unclog the drain:
- Close the drain
- Turn the drain counterclockwise to unscrew the drain
- Use screwdriver, tweezers, or needle-nose pliers to remove hair
- Replace the drain, by screwing on clockwise.
If you cannot remove the hair or you prefer not to remove the hair, you may also send a Request through the Resident Center.
